Shipping and Delivery
When will my package arrive?
The average delivery time is 1 to 3 working days, excluding public holidays.
Ordered before 3:00 PM, delivered tomorrow (This applies to the Netherlands and Belgium)
Is my shipment insured?
All shipped products are insured against theft and damage during transport from our warehouse to the delivery address. If your package is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you accept the shipment with reservations.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you accept the package and report any defects found. Then contact our customer service.
Where are the orders shipped from?
Products purchased from our online store are shipped directly from our warehouse in Amsterdam.
What are the costs for delivery and returns?
Delivery:
We offer FREE shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Returns:
A return shipment costs 6 euros per shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
How can I return a product?
Please contact us and tell us which items you would like to return or exchange.
- You will receive the return label by email.
- You take the packaged item with the label to the nearest post office.
- There you will receive a receipt of your return shipment. We will receive notification of your return and inspect and assess the products and provide a possible refund as soon as possible.
How many days do I have to return a product?
You can return a product within 14 days of receipt.
What is the procedure for refunding the purchase amount?
After checking the return, we will immediately refund the amount via the payment method you previously selected. For some payment methods, this process may take 1-3 business days. We ask for your understanding in this case.
What condition must the returned product be in?
- No scratches on the product
- Do not remove plastic film on the products
- Boxes not damaged

Can I exchange a product?
You can exchange it within 30 days of receiving the product. Just contact us via the chat below.

What payment methods are available?
The accepted payment methods for purchases in our online store are: PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The billing address must match the address registered for the selected payment method.
In which currency can I pay?
You can pay in the currency shown at checkout in our online store.
When will my return be refunded?
Your return will always be credited according to the payment method you chose when placing your order. Once we have checked your return, we will refund your order within 3-5 business days.

Go to the product page of the product you purchased. Scroll down the product page until you see the section. Below this section you should see a button or link that says "Write a review" or something similar. Click this button.
What is the 'coming soon' part of the website?
These are products that we will add to the website in the coming weeks. If you are interested in this, please leave your email and we will notify you by email as soon as they are available.
Are there additional costs associated with payment on the total amount?
No, there are no additional costs. The price at the time of payment is the final amount to be paid.
Will other colors of your products be released?
Of course! We will soon have a whole range of colours.
